SIMPLY SOUTHERN TRADITIONAL HOMES, INC. was founded in 1998 and from the beginning, our goal has been to design simply elegant homes with a traditional appearance, and best suited to the needs of modern families.
Bill Gilmer, the President of the company, has a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He began working in the construction industry in 1994 as an Associate Builder with a large, regional builder in Atlanta. He supervises the construction of all homes with the help of Mike Hanson, an experienced Fayette County superintendent. Additionally, Bill designs many of our historically-inspired custom homes and operates the business.
